摘要
运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对社区体育人力资源匮乏的现状进行分析,从宏观与微观两个层面对社区体育人力资源匮乏的原因进行全面的思考和探讨,从而得出宏观层面的“历史原因、体制制约、学科发展”及微观层面的“社区体育的用人体制与机制、社区成员参与体育的意识与需求、体育人力资源从事社区体育服务的意识与行为、体育人力资源的开发与管理”等因素对社区体育人力资源的匮乏产生重要的影响。
Describing the status of the shortage of human resources of Community sports by the means of recording and logical analysis. Thinking and discussing the reason of the shortage of human resources of Community sports completely from both macroscopic and microscopic aspects, a conclusion had been reached: the historical reasons, the restriction of system ,and the development of subject in the macroscopic aspect; the employ system and organism for the Community sports , the self-consciousness and need of the members of community , the consciousness of severing the Community sports, and the exploitation and management of human resources of Community sports in the macroscopic aspect, these are all the factors which have an important? affect on the shortage of human resources of Community sports.
