摘要
目的提高护士工作满意度。方法以马斯洛的需要层次理论作为理论依托,对33例临床护理人员采取相应的干预措施并对干预前后护士工作满意度进行调查分析。结果实施干预后,护士在排班,被认可和表扬,工作与家庭间平衡,对工作的支配及参与决策的机会,专业发展与个人发展机会五个方面满意度明显提高。结论针对性的干预措施对提升护士的工作满意度有积极作用。
Objective To improve the nurses' satisfactory degree. Methods Based on hierarchy of need theory, we took the corresponding measures on 33 clinical nurses and then investigated and analyzed the satisfactory degrees before and after the intervention. Results After implementing the new measure, the nurses' satisfactory degrees on being anrranged duty, receiving pride, balancing job and home, the domination of work and the chance of joining in decision, and speciality development and the chance of personal development were improved. Condusions The pertinent intervention measure is effective in improving the nurses' satisfactory degree.
