摘要
目的:探讨责任制整体护理在肿瘤科临床护理工作中的应用效果。方法:2010年11月～2011年1月在肿瘤科住院的150例患者分为实施责任制整体护理前75例(对照组)和实施责任制整体护理后75例(试验组),通过问卷调查方式对实施责任制整体护理前后患者对护理工作满意度及护士满意度进行调查。结果:实施责任制整体护理后患者对护理工作满意度及护士工作满意度均有明显提高,两组患者对护理工作满意度及实施责任制整体护理前后护士工作满意度比较差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:责任制整体护理的实施,使护士在临床工作中能够更科学、有效、准确地实施各项护理,为患者提供优质高效的护理,提高了患者对护理工作的满意度及护士满意度。
Objective：To investigate the efficiency of responsible and holistic nursing mode in clinical oncology ward nursing work.Methods：The questionnaire survey was implemented among 150 patients to evaluate the degree of satisfaction of nursing work and nurses,including patients been treated with responsible and holistic nursing（n=75） and without been treated with responsible and holistic nursing（n= 75）.Results：The degree of satisfaction in patients been treated with responsible and holistic nursing group were significantly higher than without been treated with responsible and holistic nursing group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Responsible and holistic nursing mode can make clinical nursing work more scientific,effective and precise and improve the degree of satisfaction in patients for nursing work and nurses.
