摘要
鉴于现有配电网故障恢复过程中对失电孤岛的恢复供电容易引起设备过载,提出了一种基于过载设备下游负荷母线分割转移的算法,消除过载。首先统计失电孤岛在一条具体恢复路径下造成孤岛内过载任务;对过载设备下游的负荷母线进行分割,确定待转移负荷母线;对确定的负荷母线搜索其它供电路径并按此路径转移负荷,接着对搜索到的新供电路径上的过载设备再进行负荷转移,直到自身过载消除而又不再引起新的过载。仿真结果表明,提出的方法计算速度快,实用性强,能够有效解决孤岛处理中的过载问题。
In view of the existing distribution network fault restoration process in the blackout easily leads to the overload, an algorithm based on division and transfer of downstream bus load is suggested to eliminate the overload. Statistics for overload tasks in the blackout under a specific path of restoring the island are calculated, and buses to be transferred are divided and determined. Load of overload equipments on new path of power supply is transferred sequentially until its overload is eliminated and stops leading to new overload. The simulation result shows that the method is an efficient and practical solution to deal with the overload problem in the blackout.
