摘要
针对配电网与输电网的不同特点,通过建立恢复控制的数学模型,进一步研究探讨形成了配电网恢复控制的实现方法,其基本手段主要包括故障后网络重构和电容投切,同时提出了从用户供电优先级角度考虑切除负荷的策略。并通过IEEE 69节点系统验证了该方法的有效性。
According to the differences between distribution network and transmission network, the mathematical model of restorative control is built. The method of restorative control in distribution network is realized. The basic means of implementing the method include network reconfiguration and capacitor compensation after fault. Meanwhile, the load-cutting strategy with customer's power supply PRI is proposed. The validity of the method is proved by IEEE 69 bus system.
