摘要
备自投装置是保障电力系统供电可靠性的重要设备。备自投装置对其动作后是否会引起设备过载不能从全网范围内进行分析,无法保证备自投动作后整个电网的可靠性。基于根据地区电网的特点,充分考虑了各自投的控制模式及均分与时序等特性。提出了符合电网实际运行状况的基于分层校核的各自投自动投退系统最优投退策略。现场运行情况表明本文提出的策略与电网实际备自投的动作情况相符合,可以最大限度地投入备自投并保证电网的供电可靠性。
Busbar automatic transfer switch (BATS) device is very important for ensuring the power supply reliability in a power grid. However,whether there exists the overloading of the device caused by BATS action can only be analyzed from the local power grid, and the reliability of the whole power grid can not be ensured after the BATS action. According to the features of the local power grid, the paper proposes the hierarchical check based optimal strategy for automatic switching system in the BATS with fully considering the control mode, sharing and timing characteristic of the BATS. The field operation of the device shows that the strategy is suitable for the BATS action in the power grid and makes the best use of the BATS to ensure the power supply reliability of the power grid.
