摘要
目的：了解中晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤患者输注脐血机体造血和免疫功能的变化。方法：采用对此类患者输注异体同血型脐血100例为脐血治疗组，同类患者60例输注新鲜成人全血作为对照组，检测患者血中T细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、SOD含量及血象的变化，并用图像分析仪，表达分析输注脐血的后免疫细胞的变化。结果：脐血组输注后较输注前，T3、T4明而增高，T8明显降低，IgM、IgG、IgA增高；SOD明见增高，白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白明显升高，与对照组比较差异均有显著性。个别患者输注脐血后，出现癌细胞重分化现象。结论：脐血输注，促进中晚期消化系统恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能恢复或免疫重建，促进造血功能恢复，可能促进癌细胞重分化。
The T-lymphocyte subsets, immunoglobulin, SOD and hemogram in blood of 100 cases of middle or late period digestive system malignant tumor before and after infusing umbilic blood and of 60 cases of that infusing human fresh blood were measured. The result showed that the concentratlon of T3, T4, IgG, IgM,IgA, SOD, leucocyte, thrombocyte and hemochrome after treating with umbilic blood were higher than that of control group, but the amount of T8, was lower (P ＜0.001), and re-differentiation phenomenon of cancer cells was found in individual patient after infusing umbllic blood. It suggested that the hemopoietic and immune function recovery and re-differentiation of cancer cells in middle or late period digestive system malignant tumor might be promoted by infusing umbilic blood.
