摘要
目的 探讨脐血浆对 K5 6 2、SMC细胞的生长及端粒酶活性的影响。方法 采用 MTT法检测脐血浆对 K5 6 2、SMC细胞生长的影响 ;采用 PCR- EL ISA检测脐血浆及 AFP对 K5 6 2、SMC细胞端粒酶活性的影响。结果 脐血浆对 K5 6 2、 SMC细胞有促生长作用 ,脐血浆及 AFP能增强 K5 6 2、 SMC细胞的端粒酶活性。结论 脐血浆能促进 K5 6 2、 SMC细胞的生长及增强这两种细胞的端粒酶活性 ,脐血浆对 K5 6 2、 SMC细胞的促生长作用可能与
