摘要
以四季香小葱为材料,用赤霉素(GA3)、萘乙酸(NAA)、吲哚乙酸(IAA)等外源激素处理,测定其发芽势、发芽率。结果表明:赤霉素(GA3)60 mg/L效果最好,吲哚乙酸(IAA)2.0mg/L次之,萘乙酸(NAA)浓度超过75 mg/L时,其处理效果明显低于对照。
The effect of GA3, NAA,IAA treatments on seed germination of chives（Allium fistulosum L. var. caespitosum Makimo）was studied. The results showed that 60 mg/L GA3 was the most suitable for the germination of chives seed, then was 2. 0 mg/L IAA. High NAA（〉75 mg/L） concentration decreased germination.
