摘要
用不同浓度的NAAI、AA和IBA对蒺藜状苜蓿种子处理进行发芽试验。结果表明:3种激素均未出现显著的促进种子萌发的效应,随着浓度的增大,反而出现促进种子休眠效应。
Studied on seeds germination of Medicago truncatula Gaertn treated with different concentration of NAA, IAA, IBA respectively. The results showed as follows.all plant hormones had not evidently promote the seed germination, on the contrary with the increasing concentration, it promoted seed dormancy.
