摘要
用不同浓度的6-BA和GA3对黄姜种子进行处理,并对处理后的黄姜种子发芽率进行观察,结果表明:用6-BA 50 mg/L处理的黄姜种子,其发芽率最高,为72.5%,和GA3100 mg/L,50 mg/L,10 mg/L处理黄姜种子的发芽率无显著差异,其发芽率分别为69%,71%,69.5%,这4种浓度的药剂诱导黄姜种子萌发的效果最好。
This paper aimed to study the seed germination of Dioscorea zingiberensis Wright treated with different concentration of 6-BA & GA3, respectively. The results showed as follows., the seeds treated with 50 mg/L of 6-BA got the highest germination rate as 72. 5%, no obvious differences in germination rates compared with those treated with GA3 at 100mg/L, 50mg/L and 10mg/L, giving germination rates of 69%, 71% and 69. 5%, respectively.
