摘要
综合近几年来花椒化学成分及检测技术的研究进展和成果,分析了可能归入花椒质量等级标准中的新要素和新的测定方法,合理筛选花椒品质评价指标,为提高花椒标准的技术水平及同时制订相关花椒产品标准提供参考依据。
Based on recent research about the chemical components and their assay technique of Zanthoxylum L. , the reasonable new elements and determined methods were analyzed and applied in evaluation of Zanthoxylum L. quality, in order to improve and establish the quality standard of Zanthoxylum L and its products.
