摘要
目的:介绍复方苦豆子栓剂的制备方法并观察其临床疗效。方法:以苦豆子、蛇床子、黄柏及土茯苓等药材为处方成分,用回流提取法提取有效成分后,以甘油明胶作为基质制备阴道栓,同时进行抑菌试验及临床疗效观察。结果:各项鉴别检查符合《中国药典》规定,临床治疗宫颈糜烂、慢性宫颈炎、阴道炎80例,治愈35例,好转41例,无效4例,治愈率为43.8%,总有效率为95.0%。结论:该制剂制备工艺简单,临床疗效佳,抑菌效果明显,是治疗妇科炎症的有效剂型。
Objective： To study the preparative method of Prescription Suppository of L. , and observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Method： Select Sophora Alopecuroides L. Phellodendri and Rhizoma Smilaeis Glabrae as the ingredient of prescription. Prepare v Sophora Alopecuroides Fructus Cnidii, Cortex aginal suppository adding matrix of glycogelatin after extracting active ingredient by reflux extracting. Do bacteriostasis tests and observe the clinical effect. Result：All of the identifications and the tests were consistent with the regulations in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. In 80 cases,35 cases were cured, 41 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The cure rate was 43.8%, and the total effective rate is 95.0%. Conclusion ： This preparation technology of suppository is simple, and its clinical effect is good. Prescription suppository of Sophora Alopecuroides L. is an effective dosage form on gynecological inflammation.
