摘要
目的:建立苦豆子片的定性定量方法。方法:采用TLC法对方中苦豆子进行定性鉴别,同时采用HPLC法测定苦豆子片中苦参碱的含量。以乙腈-0.01 mol.L-1的碳酸铵溶液(20∶80)为流动相,Phenomenex-Pack Gemini-NX 5U C18110A(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,检测波长为220 nm,柱温30℃,流速1 mL.min-1。结果:定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显;HPLC测定苦参碱质量浓度在4.37~26.22 mg.L-1线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率102.59%,RSD 0.75%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于苦豆子片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish the methods for the quantification and quantitation of Kudouzi tablets. Method: Sophora alopecuroides was identified by TLC. The content of matrine was determined by HPLC. HPLC method was performed on a Phenomenex-Pack Gemini-NX 5U Cls ll0A (4.6 mm x 250 mm, 5 Ixm) column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.01 mol.L-lammonium carbonate water (20: 80). The flow rate was 1 mL.min-~ The wavelength of detector was 220 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ~C. Result: Characteristics of identification were very obviously. The linear range of matrine was 4.37-26.22 mg'L-1 ( r = 0. 999 5) with an average recovery of 102.59% (RSD O. 75% , n =6). Conclusion: The method can be used for the quality and quantity control of Kudouzi tablets.
