摘要
从浙江省内大型商品代鸡场和专业户鸡场出现的以肾肿大为主要特征的呼吸道疾病病鸡中分离到六株病毒，易感雏鸡．接种３ｄ后出现一过性呼吸道症状，感染鸡死亡集中在感染后１４～１８ｄ，病死鸡出现肾肿大、苍白呈花斑状、大量尿酸盐沉积．鸡胚感染后出现死亡和产生侏儒胚，鸡胚尿囊液不凝集红细胞，电镜观察可见约１２０ｎｍ的病毒粒子．分离病原在鸡胚中可干扰新城疫病毒Ｌａｓｏｔａ株的繁殖．上述试验证实分离毒株为鸡肾型传染性支气管炎病毒．
Six virus isolates were identified from the diseased chickens with a respiratory symptoms on some chicken farms in Zhejiang Province. The artificially infected chickens appeared a transient respiratory syndromes post inoculated 3 d, and died post inoculated 14￣18 d, and the kidneys of the death chickens were pale, flower streak, swelled and a deposits of uric acid salts. The infected chicken's embryo died or formed a dwarf embryo ; Embryo urine of the infected chicken's embryo can not agglutinate chicken's erythrocytes together; The size of virus particle was about 120 nm by transmissive electron microscope; Replication of newcastle disease virus lasota strain was interfered in the chicken's embryo infected by the virus. These findings show that the viruses came from the diseased chickens were infectious bronchitis nephritis virus.
