摘要
根据已发表的禽传染性支气管炎病毒 (IBV) Beaudette株核衣壳基因序列 ,设计了 1对特异性引物 ,采用 RT-PCR方法 ,克隆了禽传染性支气管炎病毒嗜肾毒株 (X株 )的核衣壳基因 ,并测定了其序列。 X株 IBV与来自 Gen Bank的其他 10株 IBV相比 ,共存在 136个点突变 ,其中有 15处是连续突变区域 ,这些点突变总体呈散在分布。X株与其他毒株的核衣壳蛋白同源性在 90 .2 %～ 99.0 %之间 ,X株 IBV与同为肾型的 N株同源性最高。
The nucleocapsid gene of avian kidney type X strain infectious bronchitis virus was cloned with specific primers we designed.After cloning it ,we analyzed the sequence.Compared with other 10 strains IBV from GenBank,136 asperse site-directed mutations were found in this N gene,Which contains 15 continuous mutation section.The homology between X strain and some other IBVs varied from 86.26% to 99.67%.The highest homology was found between X strain and N strain,both belonged to the kidney type IBV.The result shows that N gene of IBV may be relatively conservative.
