摘要
比较了水杨酸和镰刀菌酸对棉花植株和棉花组织培养细胞中的过氧化物酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶的影响,用镰刀菌酸和水杨酸分别处理棉花离体叶片,过氧化物酶与苯丙氨酸解氨酶的活性都提高,但是过氧化物酶同工酶不同.用水杨酸预处理棉花叶片可抑制镰刀菌酸的诱导作用.
The effects of fusaric acid (FA) or salicylic acid (SA) on peroxidase (POD) and phenylalanine ammonia lyase (PAL) in cotton leaves or suspending cotton cells were analyzed. The activities of both enzymes were increased when SA and FA had been added individually to the experimental meterials in vitro. The isoenzyme of peroxidase induced by FA was found different from that induced by SA. Pretreatment of cotton leaves by SA inhibited the induction of enzymes by FA.
