摘要
[目的]研究藜芦等10味中草药提取物的抑菌作用。[方法]以金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌为指示菌,测定藜芦等10味中草药乙醇提取物的抑菌作用,并通过呼吸代谢抑制试验对其中抑菌效果最好的藜芦提取物进行了抑菌机制研究。[结果]10味中草药藜芦中提取物的抑菌效果最好。藜芦提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度均为6.25 mg/ml。呼吸代谢抑制试验结果显示,藜芦提取物的浓度为6.25 mg/ml时,可抑制2种指示菌的苹果酸脱氢酶活性,加药组的大肠杆菌苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)比活性与对照组相比降低了46.52%;加药组的金黄色葡萄球菌MDH比活性与对照组相比降低了55.82%。[结论]10味中草药提取物中藜芦的抑菌效果最佳,其抑菌机制是通过抑制细菌的呼吸代谢过程的方式实现的。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the antibacterial effects of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. [ Method] Using Escherichia coil and Staphylococcus aureus as indicator bacteria, the antibacterial effects of 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines were measured. Respiratory metabolism test was used to investigate the antibacterial mechanism of Veratrum nigrum extracts with the best antibacterial effect. [Result] The results indicated that the antibacterial effect of V. nigrum was better than the other nine kinds. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) to Staphylococcus au- reus and Escherichia coil were 6.25 mg/ml. The results of respiratory metabolism test showed that the malic dehydrogenase(MDH)activity of two indicator bacteria was inhibited by 6.25 mg/ml V. n/grum. MDH activity of Escherichia coil in medicine group was remarkably reduced by 46.52% than control group, and MDH activity of Staphylococcus aureus in medicine group was remarkably reduced by 55.82% than control group. [Conclusion] The antibacterial effect of V. nigrum was the best among 10 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines. The antibacterial mechanism was realized by the ways of inhibiting the respiratory metabolism of bacteria.
