摘要
基于传热学的基本理论,以文氏管控冷设备为研究对象,建立了实体模型并确定了边界条件;结合生产现场,模拟了冷却水压力、温度和流量对轧件温度场的影响。并以模型指导生产,取得了可观的经济效益。
According to the basic theory of heat transfer,taking the venturi water cooling equipment as the research object, a physical model is built and the border conditions are explained. The influence of water pressure, water temperature and flux on temperature field of ribbed bar was simulation calculated. Based on it,the good effect of practical production can be obtained.
