摘要
从原理、结构以及现场应用效果方面,介绍由东北大学轧制技术及连轧自动化国家重点实验室自主设计和制造的H型钢气雾冷却装置。通过对控冷设备现场应用的研究和对轧后产品进行分析,从控冷后产品表面状况、显微组织、力学性能以及成吕形状几个方面的改善说明了气雾冷却装置在现场的成功应用。
This paper introduces the principle, construction and application of a mist cooling device for H-beam rolling. The mist cooling device is developed and manufactured by the State Key Lab of Rolling Technology and Automation (Northeastern University) and has applied at Laiwu Steel. The application of the controlled cooling device shows that the surface quality, microstructure, mechanical properties and shape of H-beam have been improved obviouslv.
