摘要
对82B盘条同圈强度波动原因进行了分析,发现高线斯太尔摩风冷线盘条搭节点和非搭接点出风口设计存在缺陷,造成风机佳灵装置无法实现盘条同圈温度的均匀化控制,使盘条同圈温度波动在60℃以上。为此,对搭节点和非搭接点相对密度进行了计算,并对风口进行了改造,实现了风机佳灵装置对盘条同圈温度的控制,使盘条同圈温度波动降至30℃以内,82B盘条的同圈强度波动也由原来的80 MPa降至40 MPa。
The causes of circle strength fluctuation of 82B coiled bar were analyzed, and the air slits design fault of Stermol cooling line caused non-uniform cooling between pitch points and non-pitch point of coiled bar was found. Therefore, the uniform tem- perature control by damper could not be realized, and the temperature fluctuation of coiled bar reached over 60 ℃ . Through the calculation of coiled bar relative density and air slit reformation, the temperature fluctuation of coiled bar was controlled below 30 ℃ and the circle strength fluctuation decreased from 80 MPa to 40 MPa.
