摘要
让学生主动参与实践活动,自觉培养创新意识和创新能力,这是一种新型的实践教学模式。本文主要分析了当前社会对信息化人才的实际需求,总结出信管专业学生应具有的实践与创新能力,并提出在主动实践理念下信管专业人才的培养新模式,最后讨论如何创设信管专业人才培养的主动实践环境。
This is a new mode of practice-teaching,in which students take part in practices on their own initiative and build up their consciousness and capability of innovation.This paper mainly analyzed the actual demand of social for IT professional,and then summarized the capability of practice and innovation that students should have.Thirdly,a new mode of training for professional of information management ＆ information system was presented under the initiative practice idea.This paper discussed how to set up the initiative practice environment for training the professional.
