摘要
信息管理专业学生实践能力和创新能力的培养一直是教学工作的重点和难点。针对传统教学模式的不足,提出一种新型的"导师——研究生——本科生"的导师制教学模式,重点设计了该模式的结构、工作流程、运行管理规范等。通过个性化、开放式培养方案的制定,以及将研究生纳入导师指导团队,并实行规范的管理,有效解决了制约个性化培养的关键——导师工作量过大等问题。实践证明,该模式对学生的个性化培养、创新能力和实践能力具有显著提升效果。
The cultivation of Practical and innovative ability to students majoring in Information-Management has always been the focus and difficult of teaching.For the inadequacy of traditional teaching mode,this paper brings up a new type of mentoring teaching mode,the"Mentor-Graduate-Undergraduate"mode.The paper focus on the design of the structure,workflow,operation and management standards etc.of the model.Through the incorporation of the post-graduates into the mentor team and implementation of standardized management,such issues as excessive workload of the mentors,the key constraint of personalized cultivation,has been solved effectively.Verified by practice,it has remarkable effects on enhancing the practical and innovative ability of students in the personalized cultivation.
