摘要
在构建和谐社会的大背景下,实现高等教育和谐发展有着重要的理论和实践意义。高等教育系统作为一个具有整体综合效应的生态系统,它的发展应遵循生态平衡原理。高等教育的生态平衡与其和谐发展,两者虽逻辑起点不同,但有着共同的目标指向。因此将生态平衡原理移植到高等教育领域,高等教育的和谐发展就是实现其结构平衡、功能平衡和输入输出平衡。
Realizing the harmonious development of higher education has important academic and practical significance. Higher education is an ecosystem with holistic and integrated synthetical effect, whose development should follow the ecological balance principle. The logical start points of the ecological balance and the harmonious development of higher education are different, but their objectives are the same. The harmonious development of higher education is tantamount to the realization of structural balance, functional balance and in-out balance.
