摘要
研究了聚合度为1 000的PVC树脂共轭双键、金属离子含量与其热老化性能、白度、黄指数之间的关系。结果表明:共轭双键含量高,PVC树脂初期着色性差,老化白度和耐老化性能也较差;孤立双键含量高,PVC树脂的白度低;铁离子含量高,PVC树脂及其透明片材的黄指数高。
Studies the relationship between conjugated double bounds, metal ions content and the thermal aging property, whiteness and yellow index of PVC resins with polymerization degree of 1 000. Results shows that higher conjugated double bounds content in PVC resins resuits in lower initial coloring property, lower whiteness after ageing and lower thermal stabilization; while higher content of isolated double bonds results in lower whiteness; and higher content of iron ions results in high yellow index of PVC resins and its transparent sheet.
