讨论了7m3聚合釜生产聚氯乙烯时,各种热稳定剂的应用情况及其对聚氯乙烯树脂热稳定性的影响,并确定适宜的热稳定剂为某油溶性热稳定剂,适宜用量为0.05份。
The applications of various kinds of heat stabilizer in PVC production in 7 m3 polymerizcr were discussed as well as their influences on the heat stability of obtained PVC resins. It was found that the suitable heat stabilizer was a kind of oil-soluble heat stabilizer, and its suitable dosagcs werc 0.05 parts.
