摘要
分析了PET片材生产中常出现的晶点问题,如片材中有凝胶状物质、异物、气泡、色母团聚物等。晶点的产生通常由机器设备、加工工艺、原材料、水分、功能母料和色母粒等因素造成的,根据不同的影响因素提出了解决措施。
Common problems, such as there were many gelatinous substance, foreign matter, bubbles and chromophore agglomerate in the sheets, occurred during the production of the PET sheets were analyzed, and the solving measures were proposed.
