摘要
应用微型烧结法试验,研究了含钛铁矿配比和碱度对烧结矿抗压强度的影响。实验结果表明:含钛铁矿配比的增加对烧结试样的抗压强度不利,而碱度提高有利于增加烧结试样铁酸钙的生成数量,可以改善含钛铁矿配比的增加对抗压强度的不利影响;含钛铁矿配比不超过6.0%时,烧结试样要保持较高的抗压强度,烧结混合料的碱度应控制在1.9左右;含钛铁矿配比超过6.0%以后,烧结试样要保持较高的抗压强度,烧结混合料的碱度应控制在2.3左右。
The influence of TiO2 - containing iron ore's allocated proportion and basicity on the sinter anti - compressive strength was studied through the mini - sintering experiment. The results show that : The increasing of the TiO2 - containing iron oret allocated proportion is not advantageous to the sinter sample's anti - compressive strength ; and the increasing of basicity is advantageous to enhance the quantities of calcium ferrite that can improve the adverse influence of the TiO2 - containing iron ore's allocated proportion on the anti - compressive strength. When the Ti - bearing iron ore's allocated proportion is no more than 6.0%, if the sinter sample wants to maintain the higher anti - compressive strength, the sinter mixed materials' basicity should be controlled under about 1.9. When the TiO2 - containing iron oreg allocated proportion is more than 6.0%, if the sinter sample wants to maintain the higher anti - compressive strength, the sinter mixed materials basicity should be controlled under about 2.3.
