摘要
本文以磁铁精矿为原料,采用电炉烧结压制小饼方法,通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、x射线衍射等手段,研究了针状复合铁酸钙的形成过程和影响因素。针状复合铁酸钙的形成是一个固—液反应,在1230~1270℃,氧化气氛下,碱度1.8~2.5的范围内针状铁酸钙可充分发展。SiO_2是形成针状的必要成分,Al_2O_3是生成的必要成分,SiO_2和Al_2O_3分别以化合方式和固溶方式赋存于铁酸钙中。
A lab research was conducted on formation process of acicular calcium ferrite (ACF) and influence factors. Sintered tablets were made in electric furnace and examined by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and x-ray diffraction etc. Formation of ACF is a solid-liquid reaction process. At oxidizing atmosphere and temperature region 1230℃~1270℃ with basicity 1.8~2.5, ACF can fully form and develop. SiO_2 plays an important role in forming the shape of the ACF. Al_2O_3 acts as indispensable consitutent in the formation. SiO_2 and Al_2O_3 exist in states of chemical compound and solid solution in complex calcium ferrite respectively.
