摘要 [目的]探讨影响儿科教学质量的原因,为不断改进教学方法,提高临床教学质量寻求解决对策。[方法]对86名护生和8名带教老师在护生出科时分别进行问卷调查,根据发现的问题采取改进教学管理,挖掘护士长和带教老师的管理作用,鼓励应用有效的教学策略,重视师生的思想交流沟通,加强职业能力培训,培养学生吃苦耐劳的精神等。[结果]护生在儿科病房实习教学中相关问题及总体教学质量得到改善。[结论]重视细节管理,及时发现师生的教学问题,采取针对性措施是提高教学质量的有效措施之一。 Objective: To probe into the causes influencing the quality of "Pediatrics" teaching, so as to seek for the solving strategies on improving teaching methods and enhancing clinical teaching quality. Methods:A total of 86 student nurses and 8 teachers were investigated by filling out questionnaire when student nurses finished their practice. According to problems found adopt improved teaching management. To excavate management effect of head nurses and teachers, and to encourage teachers to apply effective teaching strategies,think highly of the thought communication between teachers and students. The occupational ability training was strengthened for students and their spirit of hard was cultivated. Results:Both related problems and the total teaching quality of student nurses in practice teaching in pediatric ward have been improved. Conclusion: To think highly of the management of details and to find out teaching problems existed among teachers and students, to adopt aimed measures is one of effective measures to improve the teaching quality continuously.
