摘要
目的观察刺五加注射液对急性血瘀症小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。方法采用耳廓微循环观察法观察刺五加注射液对正常和急性"血瘀症"小鼠耳廓微循环的影响。结果刺五加注射液能明显增大正常及急性"血瘀症"小鼠耳廓微细动静脉口径,增加毛细血管开放量。结论刺五加注射液具有改善急性血瘀症小鼠微循环作用。
Objective To observe the effect of injection acanthopanax senticosus on the auricles microcirculation in mice. Methods The auricles microcirculation was closely observed to examine the effect of injection acanthopanax senticosus in the normal mice auricles and those with acute blood stasis. Results Injection acanthopanax senticosus evidently enlarged the blood capillary caliber of the normal mice auricles and those with acute blood stasis. Conclusion Injection acanthopanax senticosus can significantly improve the auricles microcirculation in mice with acute blood stasis.
