血府逐瘀口服液对放射损伤后小鼠骨髓微血管的影响 被引量:2

The Protective Effect of Xufuzhuyu Oral Liquid on the Bone Marrow Micrangium in Mice with the Radiation Damage

摘要 目的观察血府逐瘀口服液对放射损伤后小鼠骨髓微血管的影响。方法以60Coγ射线照射小鼠建立骨髓微血管放射损伤模型并将小鼠随机分为A组(正常对照组)、B组(照射模型组)、C组(血府逐瘀口服液低剂量组)、D组(血府逐瘀口服液高剂量组)和E组(复方丹参注射液组,阳性对照组),采用分光光度计法分别测定提取的各组小鼠股骨骨髓Hb溶液标本的光密度(OD)值;鼠尾采血测定外周血RBC、WBC和Hb含量;并分别监测骨髓毛细动脉根数、面积和骨髓造血组织容量百分率。结果血府逐瘀口服液能明显降低放射损伤小鼠骨髓和外周血Hb含量,提高外周血RBC和WBC的数量以及增加骨髓毛细动脉根数、面积和骨髓造血组织容量百分率。结论血府逐瘀口服液能明显修复和保护放射损伤小鼠骨髓微血管。 To observe the protective effect of Xufuzhuyu (血府逐口服液) Oral Liquid on the bone marrow hematopoictic microenvironment in mice with the radiation damage.Methods:The model of the mice damaged bone marrow micrangium were made by whole-body irradiation with 60Coγ-radiation. Mice(female) aged 6 weeks were randomly divide into group A(the normal group),group B(the model group),group C(the Xufuzhuyu Oral Liquid low dose group),group D(the Xuefuzhuyu Oral Liquid high dose group) and group E(the positive control group,model plus injection salvia miltiorrhiza). Mice’s thighbone marrow hemoglobin solution specimen were taken respectively to test optical density(OD) by spectrophotometry.The peripheral blood specimen were taken vespectively by micetail to test RBC,WBC and Hb quantity.To observe respectively the number of the bone marrow arteriocapilly,the area and the percentage of the capacity of hemapoicticc tissue.Results:The Xufuzhuyu Oral Liquid can remarkable decrease the bone marrow and the peripheral blood Hb and raise the number of the peripheral blood RBC,WBC and increase the number of bone marrow arteriocapillary, the area and raise the percenttage of the capacity of hemapoictic tissue in mice with the radiation damage.Conclusion:The Xufuzhuvu Oral Liquid can significantly repairs and show a protective role the bone marrow micrangium in mice with the radiation damage.
