脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C反应蛋白检测价值

摘要 目的观察同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测对脑梗死患者的诊断价值。方法58例脑梗死患者和30例健康对照组,检测其Hcy和hs-CRP水平,并进行统计学分析。结果脑梗死组与对照组比较,Hcy和hs-CRP均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论应用Hcy和hs-CRP对脑梗死的诊断和病情观察,可以作为临床的一项应用指标。
