血清同型半胱氨酸与超敏C反应蛋白与脑梗死的相关性

Correlation between serum homocysteine and high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with cerebral infarction

摘要 目的研究脑梗死患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平的变化及其与梗死面积的关系。方法测定52例脑梗死患者和30例正常对照的血清Hcy和hs-CRP含量,并分析两者与脑梗死面积的关系。结果脑梗死患者血清Hcy、hs-CRP水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),并且与梗死面积呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论检测患者血清Hcy和hs-CRP水平的变化对脑梗死的病情判断和疗效评价均具有重要的临床价值。 Objective To investigate the the relationship of serum homocysteine (Hcy) and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and the area of the infarction in the patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Serum levels of Hcy and hs-CRP were measured in 52 patients with cerebral infarction(group A) and 30 normal controls(group B).The relationship between Hcy and hs-CRP,and the area of cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results Serum levels of Hcy and hs-CRP in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher in group A than those in group B(P0.01).The levels of Hcy and hs-CRP were positively correlated with the area of the infarction(P0.05).ConclusionDetection of serum Hcy and hs-CRP is helpful for the prediction of treatment efficiency.
