摘要
调查大学生心理健康状况,分析大学生存在的心理健康问题,进而探讨构建大学生心理健康教育的目标、内容、策略以及心理健康外显行为与大学生心理素质形成内在变化的整体模式,最终达成促进大学生心理素质健全发展的目的。
To research the condition of college students＇ mental health, and to analyze the problem of the mental health which college students exist, then to inquire to construct the whole model of the educational aim of college students ＇ mental health, contents, strategy and outer behavior of mental health and the internal variations of the college students＇ mental quality, at last to reach the aim of advancing the overall development of the college students＇ mental quality.
