摘要
采用文献资料调研、访谈及专家咨询等研究方法,评述了高校体育与心理健康教育的研究现状和存在问题,用理论证明了体育与心理健康教育存在相互作用的协同效应。
By using the method of literature review, interview and consultation, the current research status and existing problems of the college physical education and psychological health are elaborated, and the existence of the coordination effect between PE and psychological health education is theoretically proved.
