摘要
目的探讨窦性心律震荡(heart rate turbulence,HRT)现象与不稳定型心绞痛(Unstable Angina,UA)患者的预后关系。方法比较104例UA患者与90名健康人HRT现象的2个常用指标的异常情况,并比较这2个指标不同的UA患者的因心血管疾病死亡情况。结果与健康人比较,UA患者的HRT现象的2个指标都有明显异常;随访24个月～33个月,UA患者中2个指标均异常者心血管死亡率最高。结论UA患者存在较明显的HRT异常,其异常程度与患者的心血管死亡情况密切相关。
Objectives To investigate the relationship between heart rate turbulence （HRT） and the prognosis in patients with unstable angina （UA）. Methods Two common index of the HRT were compared between 104 cases with UA and 90 healthy controls, then the cardiac death of 77 UA patients with two different index were analyzed. Results The difference of these two index on the HRT between patients with UA and 90 healthy controls was very significant . During a follow-up of 24-33 months, cardiac mortality in patients with 2 abnormal index was highest. Conclusions There are significant differences in patients with UA on the HRT, whose degrees are positively related to the cardiac mortality.
