摘要
采用紫外线吸收剂WP和分散染料同浴处理涤纶丝,研究了紫外线吸收剂WP与处理温度的关系及对涤纶丝染色性能的影响。试验结果表明,紫外线吸收剂WP可与分散染料同浴处理,所染织物的色深略浅,对分散染料染色色光几乎无影响,色差很小,且抗紫外线整理效果的耐久性很好。以生产大样证实,涤纶丝经紫外线吸收剂WP和分散染料同浴处理可达到较好的技术指标。
One bath process of polyester filament with UV-absorber WP and disperse dye was applied, and the relationship between the UV absorber WP and temperature as well as the their effects on dyeing properties of polyester filament was studied. The results showed that, the UV absorber WP together with disperse dyes can be applied to light shade fabric in the same bath, featured no effect on the shade of disperse dyeings, little color difference, and excellent durability of UV effect. The bulk production is proved that the finished polyester filament can reached satisfied technical indicators.
