摘要
研究毛涤混纺织物、纱线应用新型酸性染料的一浴一步法染色工艺。研究表明 ,安诺赛特 WP系列染料适合在弱酸性、110℃条件下染毛涤混纺织物 ;WPN系列适合在 115℃条件下染毛涤混纺纱线。染浴用醋酸、醋酸钠调节pH值至 4.6～ 5 .4。
Using innovative acid dyestuffs, one-bath a nd one-step dyeing process of wool/PET blend fabric and yarn was studied. As a re sult, the ANOSET WP acid dye was suitable for dyeing wool/PET blended fabric u nder the condition of weak acid and temperature 110 ℃. While the WPN acid dye w as suitable for dyeing wool/PET blended yarn under the condition of temperature 115 ℃. The ANOSET WP and WPN acid series showed good build-up and excellen t colorfastness.
