摘要
从超细纤维的特点出发，分析了超细纤维在染色时出现的问题．从染料分子设计出发，介绍了可用于超细纤维染色的典型分散染料结构，并从偶氮、蒽醌以及杂环类染料结构的特点，讨论了改进超细纤维用染料的途径．对超细纤维用染料的后处理、染色助剂及染色工艺也进行了讨论．
The problems of dyeing on microfibers for disperse dyes are discussed based on thecharacteristics of the fibers. In order to design the dye molecular, the typical disperse dyessuitable for microfibers have been investigated. The approach to improve the dyeing properties issuggested from the structures of azo, anthraquinone and heterocyclic dyes. The finishingmethod, dyeing auxiliaries and dyeing process for microfibers are introduced as well.
