摘要
动物实验结果证明，野罂粟总生物碱（ＴＡＰＮ）１０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－、２０ｍｇ·ｋｇ－灌胃给药，对小鼠氨水引起的咳嗽和刺激猫的喉上神经引起的咳嗽都有显著的抑制作用，且呈明显的量效关系。作用强度与可待因相当，并显著延长豚鼠组织胺引喘潜伏期，减少发生抽搐动物的比率，对豚鼠离体完整气管平滑肌有明显的松驰作用。
Experimental results showed that intragastrical administration of total alkaloids of Papaver nudicaule L.(10mg/kg or 20mg/kg) could obviously relieve cough induced by ammonia in mice and by stimulating suprathoa nerve in cats,with a distinct doseeffect relationship;markedly prolong the latent period of asthma and decreas the ratio of twitched animals induced by histamine phosphate in guinea pigs ;and relax the smooth muscule of isolated intact traches in guinea pigs.
