摘要
目的:观察截嗽饮治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作的临床疗效。方法:常规治疗的基础上加服自拟中药截嗽饮,每日1剂,早晚分服。结果:141例中显效87例,好转41例,无效13例,有效率90.77%。结论:截嗽饮有抗感染、解痉止咳平喘作用,治疗慢性支气管炎急性发作疗效满意。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jieke Decoction on acute attack of chronic bronchitis. Method: In addition to the routine treatment, self-made Chinese medicine-Jieke Decoction was given to the patients, one dosage daily, taken orally in the morning and evening. Result: In 141 cases there were 87 cases of marked effect, 41 cases of improvement and 13 cases of no effect with the total effective of 90.77%. Conclusion: Jieke Decoction is effective in combating inflammation, relieving cough and asthma.
