摘要
本文研究了南、北山楂提取物的抗氧化性能。抗坏血酸对山楂提取物的抗氧化能力有增效作用。用化学试剂显色法和紫外光谱法分析了江苏山楂提取物中的主要抗氧化成分为黄酮类化合物。
In this paper, the anti-oxidative effectiveness of extracts in Chinese hawthorn from Shandong province and Jiangsu province were compared.The major antioxidant components were found to be flavonoids by the color-test and UV-spectral analysis, and its anti-oxygenation is increased by ascorbic acid.
