摘要
以磷酸和尿素为原料合成聚磷酸铵,并通过X射线粉末衍射和红外光谱对产品晶型进行分析鉴定。考察了原料配比、固化温度、固化时间、升温速率等因素对产品聚合度和溶解度的影响,确定最佳合成条件为:磷酸与尿素的摩尔配比为1:1.6,固化温度为220℃,固化时间为140min,升温速率为2~3℃/min。在最佳条件下合成的聚磷酸铵的聚合度为50.9,溶解度为0.492g/100mL水,阻燃性能优良。
Ammonium polyphosphate was synthesized from phosphorous acid and urea, and the crystalline form of the product was determined by XRD and IR. With the change of raw material ratio, polymerization temperature, polymerization time and calefactive speed, the effects on the polymerization degree and the solubility of the products were investigated. The optimal synthesis condition is that the mole ratio of phosphorous acid/urea is 1 : 1.6, the polymerization temperature is 220℃ ,the polymerization time is 140min, the calefactive speed is 2 - 3℃/min. The nature of the ammonium polyphosphate synthesized in this condition is that the polymerization degree is 50.9, the solubility is 0.492g/100ml in water, and the flame retardation is good.
