摘要
提出了粘度法间接测定聚磷酸铵(APP)聚合度的一种方法。采用离子交换法把常温下没有溶剂的APP转化成聚磷酸钠(NaPP)或其复盐并溶于水中。利用Strauss和Pfanstiel分别针对聚磷酸钠、聚磷酸钾确定的M ark-Houwink方程及经验公式,测定聚磷酸钠及其复盐的相对分子质量或聚合度,间接获得APP的聚合度。结果表明,2种方法结果差别很大,Pfanstiel法结果比Strauss法结果小很多。分析了造成2种方法测定结果差别很大的原因,讨论了2种方法结果之间的关系,认为Pfanstiel法可以用来测定APP相对分子质量,Strauss法可以用来比较用一种方法制备的APP相对分子质量的大小。
The method by viscosimetry to measure the polymerization degree (DP) of ammonium polyphosphate (APP) indirectly was presented. APP,which can't be dissolved by any solvent under normal temperature , was converted into the sodium polyphosphate ( NaPP ) or sodium - ammonium polyphosphates ( NaAPP ) by ion - exchange method, and then dissolve it in the water. DP of NaPP and NaAPP were determined with Strauss' and Pfanstiel's equation. Then the DP of APP was obtained indirectly. There is much difference between DPs with Strauss' and Pfanstiel's equation. The DPs with Pfanstiel's equation are much smaller than that with Strauss'. The reasons for this are analyzed. The relationship between DPs got from the two ways were discussed. It was proposed that Pfanstiels' equation can be used in determining DP of APP; the DP with Strauss' equation can be used to do comparison among different APP samples which are prepared by the same way.
