摘要 用聚磷酸铵(简称APP)做沥青阻燃剂来制备阻燃沥青,根据极限氧指数和沥青三大指标确定APP的最佳掺量。试验证明,沥青在APP的最佳掺量下,其极限氧指数显著提高,变成难燃Ⅱ级材料,具有自行熄灭的能力,针入度和软化点无明显变化,延度下降,并有离析的现象。采用KH550硅烷偶联剂对APP进行表面改性,结果表明,对APP改性后,APP与沥青的相容性变好,阻燃沥青的极限氧指数进一步提高,针入度和软化点较改性前无明显变化,延度显著增加,混合料的路用性能不降低。 The flame retardant asphalt was produced by using ammonium polyphosphate (abbreviation APP) as asphalt flame retardants, and according to limiting oxygen index and three indicators of asphalt, the optimal dosage of the APP was determined. The experiments showed that when APP was in best content , the limiting oxygen index of asphalt was improved significantly , asphalt became Class II flame retardant materials and had the ability to self- extinguish, the penetration and softening point had no significant change, ductility decreased and existed the segregation phenomenon. By modifying the surface of APP with KH550 silane coupling agent, the results showed that the compatibility between APP and asphalt became better, the limiting oxygen in- dex of the flame retardant asphalt was further improved, the penetration and softening point had no significant change, the ductility increased siguificantly and the road performance of asphalt mixture didn't degrade.
