苎麻属野生种质资源的初步评价 被引量:1

摘要 对苎麻属野生种质资源进行了初步的鉴定和评价,结果表明:①野生种质资源在纤维产量、纤维细胞直径和胞壁厚度上均很低,说明它们在提高产量上利用价值不大,但除了密球苎麻外,其它苎麻的壁腔比都较高,这在纤维品质的改良上有一定的利用价值,尤其在纤维变性上有可能提供优异的基因。②野生种质资源在纤维素含量上与栽培种的差异不显著,但其高含胶率导致剥制原麻困难,因此不适宜直接利用。③野生种质资源的纤维支数、断裂强力(强度)和断裂功在品种间存在较大差异,改良的潜力相对较大。④聚类分析中,10个供试材料被分成三类,类群Ⅰ适合用在选育优质苎麻的种质中,类群Ⅱ适合用在选育超高支苎麻的种质中,类群Ⅲ适合用做低档苎麻纺织品的育种资源。 The different ramie wild species germplasm resources were appraised Preliminarily.The resuh shows that:①The yield,fibre cell diameter and cell wall thickness of materials are lower which indicated they are not too worthiness on increasing yield,but the ratio wall and cavity of them are higher than the CK except B.densiglomerataand which indicated they have certain using worthiness in improving fibre quality,and it can offered excellent gene especially in fiber denaturalization.②The diversity of cellulose content is no markedness between them and the CK,but the tall guley factor lead the difficulty in peeling original hemp,so they are not compatible in direct useability.③The variation coefficient of fibre fineness,breaking strength(tenacity)and breaking work are higher in fibre physical properties which indicated they have a big potential in improving agronomic characters.④In cluster analysis,the materials are divided into three groups which the group I are used compatibly as high quality resources in breeding,the group II are used compatibly as over fibre fineness resources in breeding,the groupⅢare used compatibly as low textile resources in breeding.
