摘要
利用金属塑性成形理论中的主应力法分析球形凹模缩口工艺中的主要技术参数——缩口成形力,其中考虑了现有分析计算中被忽略的料厚变化、加工硬化和弯曲的影响,建立了球形凹模缩口成形力的理论计算公式。通过实例对该新公式的计算结果进行了分析,并与试验数据做了比较。结果表明,该新公式计算结果与试验数据较吻合。最后提出了以缩口力为标准来优化工艺参数的思路。
Major technical parameters in the shaping process of necking for cartridge globular female die-the necking force- were analyzed using the main stress analysis method of the metal plastic forming theory. On the basis of the consideration of the influencing factors, including the variety of material thickness, material work-hardening and the in- fluence of bending, which were omitted in the existent analysis and calculation, a descriptive model on necking force for cartridge globular female die was set up. The results of the new formula were analyzed by example, and were compared with the experimented data. The comparison shows that the results of the new formula and the experimented data are close to each other. And finally parameter optimization idear was referred.
