摘要
文章论述了轴对称圆筒件在锥形凹模中缩口时口部自由弯曲区的变形趋向,对3种变形模式进行了比较,并通过实例计算,从理论上证明自由弯曲的变形模式最接近于口部的真实变形,从而证实了按自由弯曲变形模式计算口部应力与变形的合理性。
The non-forcing deformation trend of the axisymmetric conical necking workpiece beside the exit region is discussed. Three deformation modes are analyzed and compared each other. Through the agency of numeral example, it is proved that the deformation mode according to the freeform bending is most approximate to the real deformation of the conical necking workpiece beside the exit region.
