不等壁管加工工艺及模具设计

Variable wall thickness pipe processing technology and mould design

摘要 在保证零件强度与刚度的情况下,为了减轻零件的重量使用不等壁管。不等壁管零件通常采用车削加工,为了降低生产成本,提高产品质量与生产效率、对自行车立管零件的加工过程及主要模具结构进行了研究,经过工艺试验,采用下料→缩口→退火→表面处理→拉管→平头→倒角的方法代替车削加工。生产实践表明:达到了预期目的,取得了较好的经济效益。 Under the condition of ensuring the part strength and rigidity,the variable wall thickness pipe was used in order to reduce the part weight.Variable wall thickness pipe was usually processed by turning technology.In order to reduce the production costs,and improve the product quality and production efficiency,the bicycle riser part processing procedure and die structure were studied through process test.The new method of cutting,necking,annealing,surface treatment,pipe drawing,flatting and chamfering was used instead of the turning process.The production practice proves that the expected goal is reached and good economic results are achieved.
